This historic
house offers excellent B&B accommodation situated in
the village of West Marton, only 6 miles from the
historic market town of Skipton, Gateway to the
Yorkshire Dales, and 12 miles from Clitheroe, in the
heart of the Ribble Valley. Our countryside location
is readily accessible and ideally placed for both
business and leisure visits alike, with many local
places of interest nearby.
Zoe, Robin and Georgina will be pleased to look
after you during your stay and will do everything
possible to make it a home-from-home experience. We
are proud to provide our guests with a friendly and
personal service which we ourselves would appreciate
and enjoy, and are sure that this will make your
stay a memorable one.
Our generous accommodation offers rooms with private
bathroom, Freesat television, free Wi-Fi Internet
and complimentary beverage tray. Our guests have the
convenience of private off-road parking and can also
enjoy the use of our walled garden. Rooms are
generally available from 3pm, earlier by
arrangement, and we can provide transport to and
from Skipton train or bus station and to local
restaurants etc (prior notice required). The local
bus service is also on our doorstep.
The Estate House is non-smoking throughout.
We are a dog friendly establishment (any other pets

Cyclists (Sustrans route 68 through village),
walkers (Pennine Way 1 mile away) and motorbikes are
well catered for, with drying facilities and secure
garaging for basic maintenance and storage.
Our prices offer excellent value without
compromising on quality, and they include a hearty
Full English Breakfast using local produce wherever
possible and we cater for special dietary
requirements, subject to prior notice. We also offer
guests reductions for longer stays.
